We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, our return and refund terms apply:

1. Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

• Customized, perishable, or clearance items are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item(s).

• The amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

• Exchanges can be made only for products of equal or lesser value (subject to availability).
